How to Use:
Put the Grounding sheet on your mattress and the side with black patch facing up. The sheets should be in direct contact with the skin.
Insert one end of the Grounding cord into the ground port(third hole) of a property grounded wall outlet, or connect to cord of an Grounding rod placed in the ground side.
The grounding cord is not a non resistive conductor, but has a 98 kohm resistance. This has a protective effect.
